☆ Vehicle Management

Our experience involves managing a fleet from before the event starts until well after it ends. We handle transporting the vehicles to the event, preparing courtesy vehicles as well as display vehicles with custom vehicle graphics, fleet fueling, pre- and post-event vehicle inspections, managing and troubleshooting the fleet during the event, and transporting the vehicles out to other events or storing them for future events.

☆ Daily Vehicle Maintenance / Portering Service

The minute after a vehicle has been fully detailed to show quality, the vehicle maintenance / portering service begins. Whether it be the rigorous demands of a press reveal, the never-ending fingerprints at an auto show a show quality vehicle must always be maintained to keep it looking its best.

We offer on-site dealership and auction services, where we will make sure to arrive before the event to guarantee that all services are properly done.

We spent countless hours identifying the best sprayers, foggers, PPE, sanitizers, and disinfectants. We have a variety of ways we apply our disinfectant depending on each individual situation. In addition to having the safest vehicles at the show, we take great pride in knowing that the show staff recognize and appreciate how seriously we take disinfection.

☆ Booth Maintenance / Trash / Vacuuming Services

We keep the vehicles looking perfect, so why not let us do the same for your booth. Our booth maintenance services consist of removing all trash during show hours, re-stocking literature before and during the show, and vacuuming the booth before or after the show each day.

☆ Vehicle Transportation Services

We will take care of all the arrangements to have your vehicles shipped, received, inspected, and delivered. All you do is show up and your vehicles will be waiting for you. It’s that easy!

☆ Vehicle Inspection Services

When it comes to vehicle inspection services, Cosmetic Car Care is once again at the forefront of innovation and technology. Not only do we provide the most accurate and detailed inspection in the industry, but we do also it in real-time utilizing the latest software. You as the client are provided an app that notifies you when the vehicle arrives, along with all the vital information, including mileage, fuel levels, missing items, and damage. In addition, you can view detailed notes, photos, and videos directly from your mobile phone or device.

☆ Vehicle Move in / Move out / Placement Services

Often, vehicle move in or move out gets overlooked. The vehicle(s) get transported and the set-up staff is working hard to build an amazing display or exhibit, however once the transporter drops the vehicle(s), they need to be moved to their final display place. We will communicate directly with the transporters and the set-up supervisors to make this a seamless process performed by professionals.

☆ Valet / Chauffer Service
Being in the auto motive industry, we often receive requests for valet / chauffer services. We have a highly professional team of valet drivers and chauffers strategically placed across the country. All our drivers have a clean driving record, have completed our training course, and are covered by our insurance policy.

☆ Vandal proofing / De-contenting
With so many people encountering your vehicles at a show or event, it is inevitable, that a few things might go missing. Here at Cosmetic Car Care, we like to take a proactive approach and remove any loose items from the vehicle prior to putting it on display. We inventory, log, and store these items until the show or event is over and then we replace them prior to shipping the vehicle(s) out to ensure that the next recipient receive(s) the vehicle in tip-top shape

We have mobile wash units strategically placed across the United States. Fully stocked with the best equipment and supplies, we can quickly and efficiently wash over 500 vehicles in a day.

☆ Vehicle Fueling Services
We have a couple of options. The first and most simple is to order a fuel truck through us and have our staff take care of fueling your vehicles on-site. However, in certain situations, this may not be possible or necessary.

The next option is to have our shuttle team drive the vehicles to the nearest fueling station. Either way, our experienced team will make sure that we take care of any fueling needs that you may have.

Please keep in mind that we also have a fleet fuel card program which allows you to easily hand out pre-paid fuel cards to anyone that you would like. These cards are fully transferable and fully trackable.
